The Bloody Mary

The Bloody Mary :

  • 100ml vodka

  • 500ml tomato juice

  • A squeeze of lemon juice

  • Worcester sauce

  • Tabasco

  • Celery stick

  • Droitwich Charcoal Salt

Steps:

  1. Using a tall glass rim the edge with Celery so it is sticky and then spin the glass in charcoal salt so the glass is salted.

  2. Fill glass with Ice

  3. Add in vodka, Tomato Juice, Lemon Juice

  4. Add a spoon down the side of a glass and stir around the edge until the glass is frosted on the outside.

  5. Add more ice to the top and garnish with a celery stick.
